Overview
Cao Sun，PhD, special researcher and doctoral supervisor of Beijing Institute of Technology, postdoctoral fellow of University of California, Berkeley. Dedicated to the research of intelligent new energy vehicles, nonlinear optimization and control and machine learning prediction and application. He has published 60 SCI/EI papers, including 6 ESI highly cited papers and more than 3500 Google Scholar citations. Two papers were selected as "Key Emerging Frontiers" in 2016 Frontiers of Research published by Clarivate & Chinese Academy of Sciences (only 7 papers in the field were selected). 2018 IEEE VTS Motor Vehicle Challenge Global Challenge "Best Top Ten", Transportation Research Part C "Outstanding Reviewer". He has presided over the joint project of National Natural Science Foundation, Youth Project, national key research and development plan, provincial and ministerial key research and development plan, participated in a number of National 863 and key special projects of New energy vehicles of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and was the reviewer of IEEE TCST, TVT, TAC, Journal of Power Sources and other journals. He is currently Vice Dean of Shenzhen Automotive Research Institute, Beijing Institute of Technology.
